<image:title>Blog - Trust: the unseen glue that holds our world together (and how to build it).</image:title>
<image:caption>These three components need to work in harmony. When just one component suffers, trust is eroded. So if we are experiencing the need to build trust with anyone in our lives, this model can help us identify which component we need to increase. Do we need to be more authentic and human with our teams? Do we need to demonstrate or communicate more effectively to others that we really do know what we’re doing? Do we need to show more empathy to our customers and help them feel that we are in this for them and not just for ourselves? Or maybe it’s a combination of all of the above. By identifying these trust gaps then taking the steps to work on those specific components, we’ll see greater unity and productivity on our teams. Additionally, and more importantly, we’ll see more rich and fulfilling relationships in every aspect of our lives.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Coaching - Coaching is…</image:title>
<image:caption>… a secret weapon the best performers use to get the most out of themselves. Just as the best athletes and teams in the sports world have a great coach, so do those in the corporate world. But corporate coaching is very misunderstood. The International Coaching Federation, the gold standard of coaching, defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” Coaching is a forward and results focused process that helps clients discover the unique answers within them. A corporate coach will guide you through the process of both thoughtfully exploring your challenges as well as discovering the answers to those challenges that are already inside you.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Coaching - Coaching is not…</image:title>
<image:caption>Therapy. Training. Consulting. Your coach telling you what to do. Coaching is not exploring the past and examining why things happened. Nor is it finding the root cause of problems. Unlike coaches in the sports world, executive and corporate coaches do not tell you what to do, how to think, or how to approach problems. They guide you through the process of discovering those answers for yourself.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Organizations - Team Workshops</image:title>
<image:caption>The greatest potential for us as individuals to do our best work lies in a team. Targeted workshops can help bring out the best in any team. And we’re not talking about trust falls or ropes courses. Rather, based on my years of experience and research, I look at the 6 most important elements of that lead to high performing teams: Trust and psychological safety Commitment to each other Constructive collaboration and innovation Productive communication Efficient processes and systems Motivating vision and meaningful purpose From these we determine where your team could use the most help, then we create a custom workshop just for you. Workshops can include pre and post engagement elements, and can also be paired with coaching. Additionally, solutions include in-person, virtual and blended options.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Organizations - Custom Leadership Development Programs</image:title>
<image:caption>Many teams require more than coaching, or more than a one-off retreat. They require a programmatic and sustained effort to truly elevate their performance. Here’s where I bring my years of experience in instructional design and delivery to create a custom program just for the needs of your team. I love working with leaders to think of new ways of connecting with their teams. New ways to excite and engage them. If you already have the start of a great idea, or are looking for some thought starters, let’s chat. I’d love to learn more about your team, their needs, and then the sky’s the limit as far as finding solutions to meet those needs.</image:caption>
