Hidden behind that deceptively youthful complexion on the right lies a wealth of expertise and experience waiting to be put to work for you and your team. I’ve spent the past 13 years honing my leadership skills and philosophy by leading high performing teams. Additionally, in that time I’ve focused on helping other leaders and teams at all levels of large and small organizations from all across the globe raise their game as well.

Purpose Driven.

My mission is to develop the leaders and teams that are making the world a better place to work and live.

While that may sound at best like a lofty ambition and at worst like banal corporate-speak, that mission statement stems from my personal belief that there are few occupations more important than people managers and leaders. Few other roles have the potential to positively (or negatively) affect the lives and wellbeing of not only their employees, but also those employees’ families and loved ones. The mantle of a leader is truly heavy, and the best ones have a strong support system to be able to show up as best as possible for their teams day in and day out. That’s where I come in! I work directly with leaders in the capacity of a coach to help them be the best leader they can be, in ways only they know how.

I define leadership as the process of social influence that maximizes the efforts of others toward a worthy goal. It’s not about titles, it’s not about position, it’s about inspiring others to strive together for greatness. It’s about helping others achieve something they never thought possible.

 
 
 

Additionally, because teams are the basic unit of any organization, if you want to improve the results of an organization, you have to do it one team at a time. The best teams are bought to their own purpose, vision, strategy as well as understand how they fit into and support the broader organizations mission, vision and strategy. They have psychological safety, they challenge each other, roles and responsibilities are clear, they trust each other, and they communicate effectively. Usually this doesn’t happen organically, it takes design and intention. And that’s where my experience and expertise is utilized: helping teams achieve their highest potential.
